Wal-Mart is seeking a Senior Manager I, Industrial Engineer in Bentonville, AR. Job duties incl but not limited to dvlp'g & util'g quality control measures & provides feedback in order to ensure sustainability. Bachelor's or equiv in Industrial Eng'g, Math, or rel. fld & 3 yrs of exp in industrial eng'g, work measurement, or rel. exp OR 5 yrs of exp in industrial eng'g, work measurement, continuous improvement, or rel. exp. Skills req'd incl but not limited to exp w/: Using time studies to calculate workload; Reviewing store 2D blueprints/layouts to calc. distance; Dvlp'g process workflow; Continuous improvement by implementing six sigma techniques; Stat. analyses of data on Microsoft excel to derive conclusion.
