Job duties incl but not limited to assisting w/ & delivering Base Pay, Incentives, & other co.-wide rewards processes & strategies; collaborating w/ stakeholders to dvlp process & infrastructure; modeling fin’l performance to inform accruals. Bachelor's or equiv in Bus. or rel. field + 1 yr of exp in HR or rel. exp; OR 3 yrs of exp in HR or rel. exp. Skills req’d incl but not limited to exp w/ : Modifying & running models used for cost estimations & impact analysis, using Alteryx or Excel as best fit; Automating data pulls & creation of end-user reports using Alteryx, Tableau, MS Excel or VBA programming as best fit; Aggregating data used for measuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using Alteryx, Tableau or MS Excel as best fit; Updating & maintaining cost & impact analysis summary reports.
