Overview
The Mental Health Professional - (EAP) Consultant provides employee assistance consultation to supervisors, employees and family members of contracted companies on both personal and work related issues. They assess problem areas, refer as needed to most appropriate community resource, case management services, supervisor/management consultation, and crisis intervention. They act as liaison for assigned company contracts providing program promotion and trainings as requested.

Responsibilities
Provide Employee Assistance Program consultations to supervisors, employees and family members.
Develop program promotion and trainings/ workshops as requested, present workshops and encourage utilization with assigned contracted organizations.
Be available for crisis interventions during work hours and on rotation for after hours.
May perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field
Five (5) years of experience working in a behavioral health-care setting
Must be a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) or a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Publisher
Preferred Qualifications:

Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP)
Experience in Employee Assistance field and/or supervisory experience
Good presentation skills
