Minimum Qualifications: The formal education equivalent of a Bachelor's degree with a major in Business, Education Administration, Public Administration fo related field; plus five years of progressively more responsible experience in a supervisory role as a manager in a non-profit with some fiscal responsibility with a defined budget. master's degree is preferred.
