Waste Water Technician

OB GOAL: To help operate and maintain the waste water treatment plants in an excellent condition so that full compliance with Federal and State regulations will be achieved.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintenance, repair, and operation of the waste water treatment plants. Collect samples and deliver to testing laboratory as needed to comply with Federal and State regulations. Inspect waste water treatment plants on a regular schedule maintain proper operation. Clean and maintain the grounds of all treatment plants. Perform some heavy lifting. Perform work at varying heights on a ladder. Perform work in extreme weather conditions. Respond to after hour emergencies. Perform other duties as assigned.
