CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Company: We are an independently owned business located in NW Arkansas with a fast-paced work environment seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative.  We offer health, dental, and vision insurance.  Simple IRA with a company match up to 3%.  Paid time off and vacation pay.

Pay:  Based on experience

Job Responsibilities and Duties

Answering phones and assisting customers who come into the office.

Daily input of sales and receipts into accounting software.

Setting up new customers.

Month and year end closing.

Provide administrative support.

Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Fast and accurate data entry skills.

Proficient with MS Office.

Excellent communication skills.

Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to assist with other duties as assigned.

Required experience and education:

High School diploma or equivalent
