We’re looking for motivated individuals to drive our recruiting process, review applications/resumes and conduct phone interviews to determine the suitability of applicants. NO COLD CALLING! We provide the leads for you! ✨ Key Responsibilities: Connect with potential candidates & sell Maverick’s opportunities Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate applicant fit Utilize multiple forms of communication to provide excellent customer service to our applicants. Proactively source active/passive candidates through our applicant tracking system Develop a personal recruiting plan and goals and accurately document within our applicant tracking system.
