Waterproofing Foreman
$25-$30 per Hour depending on experience

Summary: The Waterproofer Foreman oversees the waterproofers and laborers, ensuring assigned jobs are completed safely, meeting all manufacturer and HRI standards, and meeting budgeted hours.
Essential Functions:
- Manages the day-to-day activities of the waterproofers and laborers
- Ensure the safety of the crew and others around the job site
- Act as a leader holding crew accountable for following proper policies, procedures and project specifications
- Responsible for quality work and daily production from crew
- Track and report progress of assigned jobs, looking ahead and communicate future needs, material needs, obstacles, etc.
- Communicate with the superintendent, manager, crew, and building owner
- Always be prepared for jobs with a vision/plan of how the job will be executed
- Maintain employee time sheets, daily jobsite photos, jobsite safety and fire watch meetings and required documentation
- Research new waterproofing systems as needed
- Other duties as assigned by management
Competencies and Experience:
- 1+ years’ experience in a foreman role OR 3+ years’ experience as a waterproofer
- Proven leadership skills
- Basic computer skills
- Problem solver
Required Education and Licenses:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Non-commercial Driver’s License
Work Environment:
- Work on surfaces of various heights and pitches
- Moderately loud
- Physically demanding
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
Physical Demands:
- Lift up to 100 lbs. on a regular basis
- Stand, kneel, bend for long periods of time
- Climb onto roofs and other elevated surfaces
- Reach and grab repetitively
- Endure extreme heat or cold for long periods of time
- Repetitive motions such as sweeping, shoveling, pulling, and pushing
