Job Title: Tow Truck Operator

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Tow Truck Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for towing and transporting vehicles to designated locations, providing roadside assistance, and maintaining the tow truck and equipment.

Responsibilities:

● Tow and transport vehicles to designated locations

● Provide roadside assistance to stranded motorists

● Operate and maintain tow truck and equipment

● Complete necessary paperwork and documentation

● Communicate effectively with customers and team members

● Adhere to safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:

● Valid driver's license and clean driving record

● Experience operating a tow truck and transporting vehicles

● Rollback experience

● Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency situations

● Excellent communication and customer service skills

● Strong attention to detail and ability to complete paperwork accurately

● Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations

Physical Demands:

● Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)

● Ability to work in various weather conditions

● Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time

Education and Experience:

● High school diploma or equivalent

● Previous experience as a tow truck operator or in a related field

● Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred

● Medical card required

Hours: ● Monday - Friday, 12 hour shifts

Salary: Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications, ranging from $16 and above.
