Automation Engineering Team Leads First Orion Corp seeks Automation Engineering Team Leads to work in the NLR-LR-Conway metro at 520 Main Street, North Little Rock, AR 72114.

DUTIES: Lead a team of engineers with focus on productivity, efficiency & reliability; work with software engineering and operations teams to design, implement & test solutions for current & future products & work with the product, QA teams and performance engineers to automate testing, improve performance & enhance monitoring & reporting; identify opportunities to migrate legacy technologies and solutions to more efficient and automated platforms; design, develop and automate environments that are secure, high performance & fault tolerant. May work remotely from home location; may be asked to come into the main office for specific events or meetings.

REQUIRES: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; 2 years experience in an Automation Engineering, Software Developer, Software Quality Engineer, or related position; Knowledge of infrastructure as code & experience with TerraForm, yaml and Ansible; & CI/CD/CT pipeline implementation and maintenance.
