Compensation and Benefits: The City of Helena-West Helena offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. The starting salary for this position is $90,500 DOE. The City provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and Arkansas Public Employees Retirement System (APERS) contribution, annual vacation based on continuous years of experience, sick leave, and paid holidays in accordance with the City of Helena-West Helena.
