We are adding another sales training class!
burton+BURTON, the world's largest balloon and coordinating gift wholesaler, located near Athens, GA, is now accepting resumes for full-time Inside Sales Representatives. This position is "inside-based" and set in a professional office environment although there may be some opportunity for domestic travel. We are looking for candidates who are highly motivated, energetic, willing to put in the extra effort to grow their book of business, and are patient, understanding, empathetic, and attentive to any and all customer inquiries/needs.
Job Responsibilities:
· Answers customers' phone inquiries regarding products, prices, availability, and product uses
· Assists the customers in making product selections based on their needs; uses suggestive selling techniques to increase sales revenue
· Contacts existing customers to increase sales volume and order frequency; using lead information, contacts potential businesses for sales opportunities
· Meets all sales objectives as directed by the Inside Sales Manager and Organizational Development Manager
· Will be required to assist customers in person at company showrooms in Atlanta, Dallas, and Las Vegas during major markets
Experience/Education Requirements:
· Minimum Associate's degree; Bachelor's Degree preferred
· Experience in inside sales a plus
Compensation/Benefits:
· $14/hour base pay plus commissions and bonuses. First 12 months of employment, salespeople receive an additional $3/hour while building book of business, however, should commissions/bonuses be a greater amount than the additional $3, will be paid the higher amount.
· Fully paid 6 - 8 week training
