Director of Finance
Director of Finance The Arkansas School for Mathematics, Sciences, and the Arts (ASMSA), a campus of the University of Arkansas System, invites applications from highly qualified candidates for a twelve-month, full-time opening as the Director of Finance beginning no later than January 1, 2025.
The Director of Finance has the overall responsibility for all fiscal processes for the institution including, but not limited to, accounts payable, purchasing, travel, cash management, banking, grants, annual budgets, and financial reports.
The successful candidate should have experience in organizational budgeting, capital project development, and strategic planning. The Director of Finance should also possess strong communication skills, the ability to problem-solve, and a clear commitment to the support of colleagues throughout campus.
A Master’s degree in accounting, business, or a related field is required. Experience with Workday, higher education, state finance rules/regulations, and CPA certification is preferred.
