College and Career Coach
Job Overview: The Career Coach will be responsible for teaching the Career Services Provider (CSP) Course, conducting and facilitating trainings and workshops, and providing technical support to adult education career coaches on various topics of career development with practical methods for improving adult learner skills in preparing for a career or post-secondary education or training. One of the responsibilities of the Career Coach is to ensure that each program is prepared to provide information and guidance to adult students in planning their educational and occupational futures. This person will also be responsible for identifying and developing a career readiness curriculum, software, and supplemental materials. Their duties also include working closely with the Director of Adult Education to determine areas for improvement, developing training courses, and establishing methods to track performance after completing training/workshops.
